Situated just in front of the Centre Pompidou, this incredible 43 sq/m apartment was completely renovated in 2008. It is located on the seventh floor (elevator included) of a magnificent nineteenth century building.
The apartment consists of a living room, located inside a very charming pigeonnier. In this particular room, the original oeil de boeuf windows were conserved, providing this room with plenty of light, even on cloudy days. This part of the apartment has a stunning view of rue Beaubourg which promotes a clear view of the rooftops of Paris. Here you will have the occasion to relax, read a book or even work in this very comfortable space.
The kitchen was completely inspired by Monet à Giverny; everything was placed in an effort to maintain the same feel. The objective was to create a rustic ambiance while, at the same time, remaining modern. The kitchen is fully equipped with a dishwasher, an oven, a microwave and a hotplate. The kitchen is the largest part of the apartment because it also serves as a dining room, with a dining table which hosts six.
The bedroom consists of a queen-size bed, a television and a DVD player.The second bedroom is equipped with a futon.
The bathroom was created in accordance with the style of the apartment. We bought an antique sink stand at a flea market to further the rustic feel of the apartment into the bathroom.
